Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
Ephesians 4:29
Lord, we pray for all marriages which have ceased to be the sanctuaries of solace which they were intended to be, and where words have become weaponised in order to wound. Lord, may hurting couples find their language transformed, that, from healed hearts, lips may once more speak helpful words – words which bind up wounds, build up broken families, and bestow blessing.
