Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
Matthew 5:6
Lord, may husbands and wives have a deep and desperate desire to live their best possible lives together; may they not to be priggish and self-righteous, but loving, kind and fair; may they work together for your justice to prevail in their families and in their wider worlds. Let them be wholly satisfied as you fulfil their desire to live the right way and to do the right thing.
